Now that holiday is just a week ahead, everyone must be excited over it. But it's not the best damn thing because we probably have to spend our holiday halfway doing instead of rushing our assignments still. At least, we need not have to rush. That's how our life is, no life.

We didn't gave him a proper name when he first entered our family, he was called mimi, fatcat, and etc etc. However, I like to refer him as Garfield because he is fat, lazy and pro except for being orange in colour.

This is actually a very special cat. My favourite characteristic of this cat is that he never scratches no one. No matter how you play with him, throw him, toss him, tickle him, grab his tail or whatever you can think of, he won't attack you. But he's good at attacking mice, lizards, cockroaches, cats and even chickens.

He might not be the cat everyone wanted. He's not the type that comes to you and play with you. He's the king type where you need to go and play with him instead of him crawling its way towards you except when he's too bored or too hungry. He's not that playful but very funny. Very funny I say.

He had been with the family for 2 years. According to my mum's mathematics, he died at around 30 years of age and that's very young. We had lots of fun together and we enjoyed watching him hunting all those weird animals back home and played wit them. It's gonna' be very different without him with us and it'll take some time for everyone of us to get use of it. We're all sad, but mum's more sad. And maybe, there won't be another family cat around for quite some times.

For the past 7 months, I've become a student pursuing my BA (HONS) in Graphic Design. I'm now in my Foundation Semester 2, studying in Limkokwing Borneo, Kuching campus located at Jalan Nanas, Green Road. It was a pretty though decision to be made.

I was a science student back in my secondary school days, though my science subjects were never good. However, in every typical government school, students who really wants to study will fight for death in their PMR to get their name list in the science stream. They say, studying in a art class is every student's heaven, but every teacher's nightmare. Realistically, majority of the paikias, samsengs, ah bengs, and etc etc study in art stream so teachers only happen to have an impression of art stream - bad students. So they hardly got lessons in class. At least, that's a fact back in my school. (If you were an art student, don't feel bad about it. I didn't mean every school operates the same way, but most school does.)

I wasn't a pure science student back then, I didn't take Biology cause I wasn't that smart. I took Prinsip Perakaunan (Principal of Accounting) instead. I was never a fan of that subject until I attended a tuition class at Pusat Tuisyen Cepat Jaya. The teacher, Mr. Tan was amazing and I fell in love with that subject. Shortly about half a year during form 4, I became a pro. Seriously, my school accounting teacher likes me because I never pay attention during his lesson. That's funny, but why?

Cause he wasn't that good .

I graduated my form 5 with a not-so-good SPM result. My science subject sucks, even my history and moral was better. I only did well for my language subjects, history and moral, maths and principal of accounting. My path to college? Accounting? By then, it was the only available choice in mind.

But I was sick of numbers and calculations.

Never that I thought I'll put myself through the world of art until I visited Limkokwing during their open day. I started studying there since August 2009. The funny thing was that, there were only 5 Foundation students, and the rest of the 50+ students are all diplomas. We studied the same thing throughout the whole semester one, the same classroom, the same bunch of friends, same bunch of lecturers but different course that it. It's complicated, it was hell lots of complications even after semester 2 started.

Semester 1 in Graphic Design was fun. Seriously, i mean it... FUN! Early semester was just me and a friend Gaowu, cause we weren't that socialize to others. We are so close that even people believed that we're actually cousins when we both claimed to be. Can you imagine that? Soon after our integrated project started, we joined a big gang - Desmond, Natasha, Phei Sze, Derrick and Lilian. Kee Yuan later joined as well. (Pardon my lengthy introduction.)

We became really close, not all of us but most of us. I'd honestly say. We spent our time going McD, worked on our assignments at my place, played and laughed, and went out for activities for more than half a semester. Our friendship strengthened, and it feels great having these bunch of friends around.

Until one point in semester 2, where the Degree-thing and the Diploma-thing got in our way. Until that point then I remember I am in Foundation and they're in Diploma. By next semester, that's about few months later. That we'll be separated and I am kind of affected by the fact of that because it means goodbye. I certainly hope that won't be the case and all of us will hang on together till the very end of the course. However, the fact is the fact. To one point, it's goodbye either earlier or later.

Oh well, sometimes shit happens.

Wong Yeang Professional Centre is a facial beauty therapy centre based in Kuching. It is located in Ban Hock Road, opposite to a Hindu Temple and is beside Hair Design Salon.

There are lots of different types of therapy and facial treatment available in the centre. The canggih machines are imported from the United States of America. There are different types of  treatments available such as normal treatment, moderate treatment, super treatment, and super intense treatment like what diamond and laser. Sorry I don't know their terms. What I do know is that they can turn an ugly duck into a duck, but I'm not sure if the duck can become pretty from doing facial treatments here.

I was there yesterday and I happened to be only doing the normal RM50 facial treatment. First I was brought into a changing room.

You keep your belongings in the locker provided, you change your fancy shoes to their slippers and if there's necessary, you got to change to the attire they provided. However, there is no need of changing your underwear there.

Then I was ask if I needa' go for shh shh or poo poo so I won't need to hit the toilet halfway doing the facial treatment. Then I was brought into a quiet room with such smoothing and relaxing ambient there. The atmosphere of the room was gloomy and relaxing, it is cool and you feel like you're hypnotize while you're in there. (sorry, no photos. I can't take photos with my eyes close though.)

My face was applied by lots of stuffs which I have no idea what it is, washed and cleaned several times, massaged several times. The beautician sprayed some hot vapour on my face and started sucking and cleaning my blackheads, pimples are handled and I was left in a piece of crap on my face and my face feels as tight as a fish's arse but it felt good cause you know it's good for your face.  The whole thing ended after 1 hour + or so and I looked like this.

I paid $50 for everything. I feel happy, they feel happy and everyone is happy. One good thing is that all their beautician are all females so that men won't feel sorry and women won't feel their face being molested. By the way, they are having some promotion throughout March and April with limited spaces only.

I haven't really felt any stress going around yet, it's just the beginning and I had fun doing my work. It's just that the lectures/tutorials/whatsoever are getting boring unlike last semester. We get to go home once we are told what to do. However, we needa' stay in class for progress check almost every evening. It's soooooooo' boring, dudes.

It's getting more fun and fun with my bunch of friends as everyone's getting their hand on their own DSLR already. I can see that DSLR became a common equipment not in for Design studies, but for others that intend to take it as a hobby. With everyone owning a DSLR, it's so fun to hang out for photo-shooting session. The last photo-shooting session with my friends last year was kinda' boring as only the few of us got DSLR; but today, everybody get a chance to shoot. I'm really excited and looking forward to it.

I wasn't sure what's the cause of the diarrhea thing going on. I only know that it's the most troublesome C-Class-sickness ever because you feel like shitting while you're sleeping, you shit after you eat, and you can't fart because shits might accidentally come out from your ass. Shit can do a huge mess for you and it's embarrassing if you were to shit in your pants.

I'd taken my drugs and I needa' take enough rest. But I probably need to stay home for the weekend and finish my assignments as I couldn't finish my work today. I can't draw when shits are bothering me at the tip of my asshole all day long. I just wanna' get better as soon as possible.

So I visited ShaShinKi.com for camera accessories shopping. Basically, I won't be thinking of changing lens for some time now since I'm pretty satisfied with what my lens can do right now. I got a flash-gun already, though it's not the best in the market. I would of course prefer a 580EX II in my pocket rather than a 3rd party one. However, it's really out of my budget.

Instead, I bought myself a diffuser cap for my flash gun as it is really good at avoiding harsh light on the subject. I definitely love it.

I thought of buying myself a battery grip but my flash gun over there has got no good battery to play with. So why should we buy a flashgun in the first place? So I decided to buy myself a good rechargeable battery. What they recommend was the Sanyo Eneloop Lite, but I went for the Maha Powerex which is a much better one.

The battery looks exactly the same on the box above. I know, the box certainly ain't the most convincing product. But remember, don't judge the book by it's cover. Maha is a recognized brand throughout the world, it is really good with rechargeable battery product. That's the reason I chose Maha instead of Eveready.

The charger is very efficient. It can be charged in normal switch you get in your home. However, it comes with a car-adapter in the box so you can even charge your used up batteries in your car while traveling around. There's also a switch beside the charger for you to choose whether you wanna' charge it fast or slow. The fast mode enables you to charge your batteries for only 2 hours, so it is really fast compared to other batteries in the market. Most batteries need to be charged at least 4 to 5 hours. Whereas, the charger enables you to charge in the slow mode also which will take you around 5 hours.

The slow mode would be better if you're not rushing because the batteries won't heat up and it remains cool in the slow mode and it is said to longer life span of the batteries compared to the fast mode. Alright, the most important thing right now. The charger cost me RM175.00 which includes the car-adapter and 4 Maha Powerex Batteries, no shipping fee needed.

Basically, I am really happy with my shopping cause I can snap with my flashes like no tomorrow.
