It's almost the end of my holiday, I'm not feeling it's coming to an end yet. It's suppose to be my last week, but it's postponed because of the Chinese New Year we're gonna' be celebrating. So my holiday is kinda' rubbish. I spent most of my free time hitting the gym, cooking, playing basketball and uhh sleeping like no tomorrow.

I didn't have much progress from working out, and really.. I don't wanna talk about it. I'll just try to be consistent with the diet and save the talking.

In fact, I hooped more than working out. After hurting my back like a month ago? I began focusing on play basketball. Got back my rhythm in shooting the ball, wasn't consistent when I was busy lifting weights and didn't have the time to get back my touch. So I shoot hoops like almost everyday during those weeks and eventually became more accurate than I ever was. I'm glad about that, but I'm about to lose that very soon. I plan to quit hooping for like half a year.

Yea, you read that right. No kidding, not sure if I'm able to do so but I'll try. The reason is simple. Right now, my priority is my studies, gym and going for practical. I can't care more until I finished my practical in around July or August. That's my plan for this year, get to work in some fancy shirt and boots, also receive a paycheck by the end of the month. Sounds great!

So yeah, that's almost the summary of my holiday. It's gonna end soon. Bye..

By the way, Cookie came over for a couple of days when my darling was out of town. Look how beautiful she is..

I know it's a lil' bit late and all cause I was pretty busy and lazy last few weeks. Kinda' forgot what happened except for hurting my back again and helping my girl to babysit her lovely puppies.

The back thing was the reason I kinda polished up my shooting in basketball again and somehow I have to sacrifice gym even after I recovered from it. No choice, basketball is a lot more fun than lifting weights and eating right. Sorry to my body..

Anyway, it's New Year. Time to check if I accomplished my resolution last year and it's time to set a new goal for myself.

So recently, the greatest iPhone 4s has finally come to launch in bolehland, Malaysia. It's so crazy that I remember there was this countdown on NTV7 during the news on 12.00AM. They even interviewed the first person to get the iPhone 4s in Malaysia as well. I can't believe that he became a celebrity overnight  and I'm sure that made his balls gotten' a lil' bit bigger.

So how do you feel recently? Excited about it? Currently there are only 2 telco company in Malaysia with the iPhone 4s plan, which is Maxis and Digi. Both the plans for iPhone 4s is reasonably expensive. LOL, but people still buy it for some reasons. I know, it's a love or hate thingy for stuffs like this.

So, are you on an iPhone 4s fever? Not sure about it, or hate to admit it? Here's a few idea to test and check yourself out.

1. Research

If you're interested, I'm sure you'll go to the Apple official website and watch the promotional videos. See the features of iPhone 4s over and over again. You can watch it like a hundred times and still not being able to tell if it's the right phone for you. You also wanna' go to every telco company website like maxis, celcom and digi to check if their offers are suitable for you. Which is the cheapest? You just wanna' keep surveying and keep yourself in confusion. Because deep in mind, you really want it but won't admit it, and you also find that it's too expensive to own one. So what to do? Keep research only lorr.

2. Keep talking about it

Talking about iPhone is like a trend, comparing an iPhone with all the others Android phone is another hot topic. You gather with your geek friends to talk about phones and ask for opinions. Whenever someone says iPhone 4s sucks, your heart breaks. If that happens, you know you're in love with an iPhone. It's just that easy to tell.

You keep telling this topic to your parents, you keep telling them the cool features that iPhone has to offer and which telco company sells them in detail.You won't stop talking about it until they give u a response like 'why? you want get one harr??'

When that you get that chance to say yes, instead your balls aren't ready yet and suku suku reply "ha?? no la.."

You will also say that "too bad it's soooo freakin' expensive."

But when they say, "okay la, buy you one when you get all A's in your next exam." You won't even care if it cost RM 3000 anymore, all you think is...

"FUCK YEA! I'm gonna own an iPhone 4s realll sooooooon!"

3. Mindfuck

You have been using your NOKIA 3310 happily for the past years, no complaints and to you, it looks even hotter than Scarlett Johansson (seriously, I'll be sorry if you ever feel that way).

Now that the iPhone 4s available in Malaysia,  you feel that your 3310 looks uglier than Justin Bieber, the phone become somewhat lag-ish to you, and you feel it's not as cool as before. You used to feel proud when you can use it to ka jim (hit crab), and it seems so cool when your neighbours are able to hear your phone ringing next door. Now you feel that it's very embarrassing and you start to thinking of changing your old school phone into a smartphone. Something as smart as an iPhone 4s. It's all in the mind..

4. Use kiasu as an excuse

You keep telling yourself and your peers that you're not interested with any iPhone whatsoever. "What iPhone?! I dowannaaa.."

No, I don't believe you because when your friends all start to get an iPhone, then you start saying that you wanna' get an iPhone as well. Not because you really want one, but it's because all your friends use that phone so you don't wanna' be left behind. It's easy to deny whenever people ask since when you fell in love with iPhone, you'll say "Aiyorrr, no la. I see all my friends use so i also use lo.."

It's the lamest excuse ever but some people really buy it. So yea, if you're afraid to admit you can always use this as an excuse..

5. Use alone as an excuse

Life is unpredictable, we can't be accompanied 24 hours so there you go. You feel lonely when no one is with you and you really hate it. Most people hate it, who would want to live a lonely life? It sucks. But with iPhone 4s, you're not lonely anymore, not because you can make phone calls and text message because all other phones can do that as well. But with iPhone 4s, you got Siri. You can talk to Siri when you feel lonely and you'll never feel the loneliness ever again.

With Siri, it makes all the 'foreveraloneguys' wanna get one.

I don't know man, I heard more and more of these before all these. Some says you have to pay in order to continue with the service and some say you'll have to click this and that in order to confirm that you're an active user.. Don't get carried away guys, rumours have to be research to see if it's true.

Mehh.. I guess it's not so true..

Anyway, the reason I'm stating all these is because I remember the response I see from people in facebook wasn't like

"So I can't stay in touch with all my friends anymore?"

Hell, it's not even

"What the fuck?! I can't fucking add 1000+ hot chicks/dudes in my profile anymore?"

But it's something like

"Oh my god? So what happens to my Farmville, Restaurant City and etc etc?! I can't live without themmmmmmm!"

Yes, that's right. The impact of the games in Facebook is a lot more powerful than any other features from Facebook. How weird is that right? So imagine the hype you get from the games in Facebook. Mind you it's not even games like Call of Duty, Need for Speed or Battlefield. It's just games with video graphic from the 90's.

At least it's still better than the Pokemon we all used to play.

After some further analysis, I find that only about 20% of the players of the games are successful. So where are the rest 80%?

What have they been doing? What have they accomplished so far?

It's not like that 80% aren't good at gaming, it's just tht there's a trick to be successful in Facebook Games that they haven't found out.

Today, I'll unveil the secrets and present them to you..

1. Annoy People

It's so happy to see that I have 6 notifications after a day off from the internet. It gets me all excited to click the notification menu and check out if anyone left me a comment, tagged a photo of me, mentioned me and so on. But it gets a little disappointing and annoying when you see all those 6 notifications are game requests. Like what the fuck?! You'd be lying if you're saying all those games request never annoyed you even a little. To be honest, I used to feel it that way but I'm now on my way to annoy people as well.

Continue to send request to all your 400 friends in Facebook, tag them, ask for help using the chat service, help them and ask for help in return. Repeat and you'll be there in no time.

2. Post and Share everything in your wall.

It's not likely to succeed if you hide all the 'games-thinggy-thing' from your wall. Your wall plays an important 'advertising tool' to let people know that you are active in that game, therefore it will be good if other gamers know they can invest their time on you like helping you out so you'll be helping them out as well.

Besides, by posting all those stuffs on your wall, people get to earn some extra XP (experience) and coins (in game $) faster as well. So be sure to check out all your friends profile and click whatever there is for you to click so you'll be richer and higher in level than the rest of your peers.

3. Teamwork

For anyone to be successful out there, it requires teamwork.

Just like how MJ got 6 rings with 2 three-peats.

Like how Power Rangers are able to kick the monster's asses every single episode.

Don't worry.. It's not like you have to gather a team, and build a secret hideout in order to success. It's easy, really..

First, you have to create like maybe 5 different accounts in Facebook. Then, go to the pages of the games you're active in. Simply add everybody in the comments or post that says 'add me up' or you can post 'add me up' and wait others to add you up. Try to maximize all your accounts with 5000 friends and you're almost done.

Now you can easily asks for help, receive gifts and even if nobody is free to help you, you can always use your other 4 accounts to help your main account. Send cash, send gifts, and send stocks. Whatever it helps, just do it.

4. Your dad's Credit Card

This is the easiest and fastest way to become successful.

Just buy every coins and cash available and there you go. A billionaire in the game is almost effortless, a level 100 farmer is nothing than a few clicks away.However, if you really happen to go steal your dad's credit card, I am not responsible for your stupidity actions.

I shaved my leg hair. I'm not  a fan of hairy legs, and my legs were pretty hairy to me. Of course it is no where near Kenny's leg but mine is still considered as hairy.

It's acceptable, yea i know that. This dilemma has been going around for a few months and I'm finally brave enough to do something about it. It's not gay to shave your leg, really. Armies do it for 'I-donno-what-reasons', bodybuilders do it so the definition of their muscles can be more visible. I do it maybe for the sake of visibility but there's a few % in me wanna' get rid of the hairy hairy hair?

Anyway, here's how it looks like after it got bald.

I feel pretty good when I look at myself in the mirror though, especially when I'm doing some leg exercise today..

Hmmm... Yeaa, but Sometimes it feels kinda' weird because my 'botak' legs kinda' remind me of Voldemort. :/

Creepy shit..

1. Hokkien

If you don't know how to speak this dialect, it's a huge disadvantage because almost 80% of the chinese in Kuching speaks that dialect even if they're not 'hokkien lang' (hokkien people). I find it difficult to speak that dialect as I'm teochew which is pretty similar to hokkien but sounds softer and more polite. No kidding. Anyway, I can understand the dialect but I don't really speak it. Sometimes I find it difficult to respond when people speak that dialect to me but I'm trying to adapt to the pronunciation of it. I also find that Kuching people are more similar to Singaporean. Why? Because we speak the same dialect in general and we share the same cusses. I somehow realize this during the days in PLKN. Sabahan speaks more like KL people and Kuchingnites sounded like aliens to them.. Hahah..

2. Food

I'm not sure about other places, but Kuching people can crack in Kolo Mee every morning and drink their favourite 'kopi O' every meal in any coffee shop. Others might feel that it gets really boring eating the same food everyday. But we can do it if it's Kolo Mee because it's every local's favourite and I'm pretty sure every single guy out there has their favourite store as well. Weird but true, it's hard for me to eat sausages and bread in the morning but stuffing myself with 'Kolo Mee', 'Sarawak Laksa' or 'Kueh Chap' is as easy as ABC.

3. Cars

Kuching people love cars. Be it man or woman, you see both genders drive sports car in Kuching. Where did the money come from? Ferrarri? Lamborghini? Nissan 370? Skyline GTR? it's so common here in Kuching man.. Other than that, most of the drivers drive like they are government. I mean most of them, not everybody. Some don't fucking care to hit the signal lights when they wanna' turn into some junction or whatsoever. Some follow the ass of your car as if Mafias are chasing you down. They also like to install some fancy super bright I-donno-what-led-or-something front light that blinds you when you're driving. That's kinda sad, but true..

4. "Unfriendly Face, Friendly Heart"

I start to realize this is quite true ever since I started making new friends. It's funny how people show their 'really-cool-&-chill-face' (lansi) when they don't know you. I started to clarify this fact in the gym. Everyday, you get to see new faces that you have never seen before, talk to the people you have never greeted before. It's just so clear that their face is exactly like =/ before you talk to them, and their face changed from =/ to =) after you start talking to them. Why? You ask me? I donno' too but that's how a lot of people act. Well, there are still friendly and funny people out there, but most of the guys act really coooooool. Besides, it's not good to smile to anybody you don't know as well (especially to teenagers) because they will look back at you as if you were gay.

5. Not so outgoing

If you ask any local about the tourism spots in Kuching, they'll say "uhhh.. donno? got meh?" Honestly, we love to go traveling, flying our asses to KL/etc is a lot of fun, go there and spend our penny on clothes, for entertainment like Sunway Lagoon, Genting Highland and etc. But we don't do it in Kuching, Borneo Highland? Fairy Caves? Mt. Santubong? Jong's Crocodile Farm? Semengguh Park? Many many many locals have never been to those places before. Sometimes, it's funny to see tourists who are here for like maybe 2 weeks have visited all the places I mentioned. Like I said, I don't even have the cat statue photo and I have to grab it from somewhere else. That' how we roll.

So it's the end of my 3rd semester in Year 2. Looking back, there is just 1 and a half year left and I'm gonna' graduate. I can feel it coming. Lols.. Throughout this semester, it went pretty well. Honestly, I feel that I've gotten more hardworking with my assignments, it's a good practice and I'm really satisfied with the progressions I've made. I'm not sure about the quality of it though, I know I can do better but maybe I shouldn't expect too much because it's a long journey. I'm not born a genius in design yea.

I wish I'm brave enough to show some of my artwork here in the internet as I'm thinking of creating an online portfolio, which is a good idea. Bad news is that I'm stuck with the coding stuffs and I'm really clueless with the idea of creating one. If anyone is kind enough to tell me how it actually works, maybe I can save a few brain cells.

Anyway, I'm gonna' be busy bulking up for the month and wish you folks a happy holiday.

Hey guys, have you guys watched this movie? I'm gonna' say it's one of the best movies I have ever watched in the cinema. It's the best Taiwan movie I have ever watched, I'll say it's even better than Jay's Secret and yeah, I'm a big fan of Jay.

It's hard to summarize the movie but this movie features some realistic love story that's happening around us. It's a story about a boy and a girl, how they actually fall into love, how they grow up and did they get together in the end? This love story is not only touching and all, it kinda' bring all of us into high school, I'm not gonna say I miss those moments back in those days. Seriously not. But it kinda' makes me miss those type of feelings to no one in particular, just those feelings. It's a once in a lifetime experience and you can't repeat those moments anymore. So yeah..

Back to the story, which is about a boy and girl loved each other but the boy did not confessed because he was too scared to be rejected where as the girl was waiting for him to confess and in the end, the girl marries somebody else. Yes, it's fucking sad. I actually kinda hate this kind of ending. The movie is filled with Taiwan's high school culture I believe, just like Jack Neo's film where you can watch Singapore's culture through the movie. It's like watching American Pie actually, without all those porno footage I'd say. Overall, it's really good, the film is really good. The actors are good, the movie is filled with a lot of ridiculous yet funny scenes, and the lead actress is really sweet and pretty. Hehee..

After watching this movie, I realized there are a few message that the director actually wanted to  tell.

1. To whoever you really love. Please tell him/her before it's too late.

It's really sad if a potential couple couldn't get together because of something. I can imagine how sad it can be. It also tells people that maybe you can't be together with the person you really loved, eventually you'll find another "Mr/Miss Right" but whoever she is, the moment with that person is still memorable and maybe irreplaceable. I'm really grateful that I'm not in that situation. I mean if my girl happen to leave me someday, then she'll be that special person deep in my heart even though we can't be together. I am sure and I know that person won't be anyone else but her. Yeaa, she's that important to me. <3 But I know we're not gonna' let that happen right?

2. Try to work out the relationship even though it's falling apart?

There's this scene where the lead actor and actress actually got into a fight and that's the part where they got separated. It's actually a really really sad scene. Then in the end after the lead actress got married, there was this flashbacks where "if the boy actually go back to the girl and apologize, maybe they'll be together until the end." It gives me a feeling that it's saying "don't because of something small, and let it ruin your future and the chance to live with the person you love for the rest of your life."

It's a really good film that contains a lot of cuss but I'll say it's definitely worth a watch. But be prepared to get sad and please don' be too sad over it because it's just a film (an advice to myself). But thumbs up to the movie because it really made me feeeeel sooooo sad, as if I were the lead actor. Damnn.. Yeaaa, it's that good.

By the way, I think the groom in the end looks shitty and it's even sadder to see them get married. Am I too into the film? So what you think and feel about the movie? Tell me about it!

I have no life right now, there's no time for gaming and there's no time for limteh session. It would be great if my friends call me up for an outing but that didn't happened. I think I'm gonna' quit basketball for at least a month as of today because the lifestyle I'm having right now, there's no more slot for basketball. My daily routine is almost the same everyday - waking up, do some assignments, go to school, come home, some house chores maybe?, a nap maybe?, and a few hours to online/assignment and then back to sleep.

The saddest thing is that, I can't hit the gym as many as I could. There's still actually some time to fit it, but as if I were to workout; fatigue's gonna' kill me and slow down my assignments. Which is why, there's a high % I'm gonna' lose a cup of Starbucks to my dear friend. But a % is still a %, I'm not gonna' lose that easily. Muahahaha!

PS: The challenge is to see who's gonna' gain more weight in 2 months time.

Holy cow?! What the hell is that?

When I look into the mirror, I feel so 'pekcek' because I look fucking skinnier than what I was a month ago. I feel so 'dulan' and 'buaysong'. Why can't you wake up earlier every morning? Why can't you maintain your diet even when you can't hit the gym. Why?!

"A year from now, you may wish you had started today."

Few days back, I saw this quote from somewhere in Facebook. Then I decided not to waste more time, I must stay determined and focus. 7am, see you again tomorrow. motivation is needed, thank you.
