Mid July
So it's the 15th of July, meaning half of the month is already gone. Spent my time wisely or not? I'll have to check for results after this month. I guess I'm doing pretty okay..

This is Laohuang.

And this is his buddy, Super.
One major difference between these two dogs is that Laohuang sleeps in the middle of the road, but Super sleeps under any cars. Both of them are cute in their own ways.

So I've started a whole new diet for about a week or so. I started last Thursday (thanks to my blog, I am able to track back when I first started) and I've been trying to be consistent. I woke up at around 6.30 AM last week but I wake up at 7.15AM + these days. I still couldn't sleep earlier than usual so I assume my body seriously needed that extra half an hour of sleep. It's hard to wake up early to prepare my meals and to eat at least 4 eggs in a row. I tried a lot of different ways to make my eggs, now I'm thinking maybe I should have 7 different kinds of soy sauce so I can have a different flavour every morning.
I am too lazy to snap photos early in the morning as my eyes could barely open and normally I fell back into my bed after I prepared my meals and ate my eggs. Anyways, my meals are almost the same everyday.

This is grilled honey and barbecue chicken. It tasted okay, but I'm not a big fan of sugar-like chicken. Taste weird, chicken are supposed to taste salty but not sweet like honey. I'm not sure when was this, I think it's on Tuesday.

This is stir-fried chicken in soy sauce. This is today's meals.
I had chicken in Brovil soup yesterday but I did not take any photo of it.

Another day, another meal..
This is normally how my meal looks like. Some rice for carbs and veges for fibre with my chicken breast meat.
By the way, I tried drumstick instead of breast meat on Monday and drums are no good. Expensive and fat, and each drums have a little bit of meat only. Boooo!
What about my expenses? Actually these meals are cheaper than my ex-daily expenses.
A kilo of boneless breast meat in Ta Kiong (thespring) or Boulevard is around RM13.50. Normally the portion for the day is around RM5 to 6. Some veges would cost like say RM 2 to 4. So it's like RM10+ for a day.
Before this, A normal meal in any kopitiam is around RM3 (without drinks), RM5 (with drinks). If I happen to hit some better restaurants (eg. Hong Kong Noodle House), cafe (eg. Cheese and Tea) or let's say McDonalds' then it would be around around RM8 to 10. So Maybe RM3+5+8 = RM16 already. (excluding breakfast and dinner some more)
It's just the expenses of 3 meals but I'm currently having 5 to 6 per day. (including breakfast and dinner)
Scivation XTEND

Yesterday I talked about buying a supplement, it's actually called a Xtend by Scivation. The flavour I bought is "refreshing apple." Actually I haven't tried this before but a lot of people actually recommend me to drink this so I wouldn't get fatigue easily after working out. It also helps muscle recovery and decreases muscle pain. Sounds like some powerful drug to me, Woots.

This is the label from the back of from the side.
- Speed recover (hell yeah! that's the foot I need)
- Enhance ATP production and promote cell volumization (ATP? WTF? I suppose it's something canggih as well)
- Reduce muscle breakdown and cortisol levels (see that?! damn! so good!)
- Reduce fatigue and lactic acid levels for longer, more intense training (oh yeah! sounds amazing!)
- Support lean body mass along with immune and digestive health (GOOOD!)
- Promote vasodilation which can lead to better assimilation and absorption of protein (no more protein coming out from the ass!)
- Decrease soreness (means I can rest shorter and work out longer!)

See that?! The label itself makes it so powerful. Everybody wanna' buy it. The powder looks exactly like some baby powder but is a little apple-greenish in colour. The spoon/scoop provided in the container looks like those baby spoon/scoop as well. Looks kinda small with a really long handle.

The taste of the drink is not that bad, it's like some syrup apple drink but with all those imba effect. I haven't actually drink it that long to be able to share my opinion so I might tell you all after a month or so. Those who wanna work out and lose or increase weight might wanna' give it a try. I hope it really helps.
Go Xtend!
How to Replace Your Maggie Supper?
I was a Maggie fan. By Maggie, I mean instant noodles not just the brand. Mee Sedap, Daddy Mee and etc etc was my favourite. In fact, whatever brand it is, as long it's instant noodle, I would feel that it's delicious. However, a lot of reports and rumors are saying that it is bad for health.
I stopped the Maggie Super trend for like a year. Of course I still get some at times but I'm finding alternatives. For instance, I would recommend homemade spaghetti.
A plate of Spaghetti cost you around RM10. It is expensive and all, but cooking it home is a lot cheaper. It is actually quite an easy dish to prepare yet a lot of people didn't know how to do it. Today, I will show you how to prepare my spaghetti supper.

All you need is a packet of spaghetti...

... Some diced garlic...

... A can of spaghetti sauce...

... Some hotdogs too. (not necessary, can be replaced with minced meat, luncheon meat, etc etc)

Firstly, boil a pan of water and throw the amount of spaghetti you prefer into the pan until it is cooked, then removed the water and put it aside.
Now that the spaghetti part is done, let's move on to the sauce part.

Add some oil into the pan, fry the garlic with low heat. Until the aroma of the garlic is smelled, add the sliced hotdogs and stir fry for lie a few seconds?

Then, pour the can of sauce into the pan and let it cooked for a while. As for this, the sauce I used was tomato based. Therefore, I added some Rosemary herbs into the sauce as well. The herbs can be bought in most supermarkets.

Once the sauce is almost boiled, put the spaghetti into the pan as well. (some people prefer to mix the sauce and the spaghetti until it is served, but I prefer it this way.)

Mix it well and it should look something like this.

Finally, it can be served as your supper!
This is the way I replaced instant noodles. It is not that expensive, it is a lot tastier, and I believe it is healthier than instant noodles.

Mmmmm... Enjoying my supper. This is not some big secret so it might not taste as good as the ones that are made in restaurant, but it still fulfills my tummy. So, let me know if you are going to try it out someday okay?
It is really easy, right?
