Unstable lifestyle

Hello folks, I just got back from Kuala Lumpur last Saturday, it was a fantastic trip to KL with my school and my buddies. It's a fruitful experience to be able to go on vacation with my friends for the first time. Before this, I actually travelled to KL before due to the fact of PLKN with a friend as well. However, this one was much nicer and I can say it's pretty organized.

The first thing that I need to worry after getting back to Kuching is that my new semester awaits. My timetable is pretty okay, 2 modules already given us assignments and task and they seems pretty strict and serious as lecturers. It's a good thing anyways, I love presentations and strict lecturers because these only strives all of us to get better. I look forward to all of those challenges.

It's nice to have my other part of my life back , but due to this I think my fitness life will be neglected sooner or later. I'm not sure if I'll be able to cope with my new lifestyle while maintaining my old lifestyle. I haven't successfully gym while having to concentrate on my studies before. Honestly, I already neglected my gym life. No more 5 meals a day, no more chicken breast, no more 8 hours of sleep a day.

Anyways, just  a short update. More update to come regarding my KL trip when I'm free. :)

A month ago

It's been a while, haven't been writing for a while.. How's everybody doing? I'm doing okay, life's still the same. Wake up, eat, hit the gym, house chores and sleep. It's about the same everyday. The only thing different is that I go to school on Thursday because I have Malaysian Studies on that day. It's okay because going back to school is an interesting thing. Anyway, I'm here to present you guys my log..

This is basically my life in a calendar, mainly about my personal stuffs. Sure I didn't write down what time I cook and what time I shit because it would be ridiculous if I do so. From here, you can see what I normally do on a daily basis. How many times I eat and sleep and eat. You can't see the time frame in this mode. I have it in detail but hey, I'm keeping it for myself. ;)

So umm.. I gained like 2 kilos since I started dieting. It's not what I'd been expecting but I think it's satisfying because of the significant of size I gained. A scale says this much but the looks is still more important. Well, people might still say I look scrawny but never mind because it's the growth that's making me proud, not my current size. It's September, school's gonna' start in 2 weeks time. I'm going KL for 5 days next week; hopefully, I'm not getting any skinnier during that period of time. So there's nothing much to expect this month because there's gonna' be a drastic change in my life. I'm targeting to hit 70 kg when October ends. Oh by the way, I'm weighting like 65kg as of today. I was thinking of weighting myself every morning I wake up after I get myself a electronic bathroom scale. That way, it's gonna' more consistent I guess. Let's see how it goes. :)

(PS: Didn't record anything from 27th August till 7th September because I was busy and lazy)

RIP Grandma

My grandma passed away 4 days after her birthday celebration. It's all quick and sudden, and I don't wanna' elaborate more about it. I'm sure she passed away peacefully. Anyway, she's almost 100. There's a lot to miss about her, but nobody lives forever yea..
