Grandma’s Birthday

Before I start off with my post, there's something I would like to emphasis on my previous post. Well, that was a post of expression, definitely not anger. It's not like I couldn't get over what happened or what so ever. But something I hate about writing such post is because people normally get misunderstood and they feel like I was talking bad about my dad. All I was saying was what happened the other night and how I felt about it. It's not like I talk bad about anybody. No. It's just a very simple post, what I posted was what I posted. If you misinterpreted, I'm sorry for confusing you. :)

Haven't updated for a while because I was lazy, very lazy that I rested 3 days without hitting the gym. It was rather disappointing and all. In fact I still have the energy, I can still lift weights. But I simply wanted to sleep, sleep and sleep. From my experience, I'm gonna be completely honest with you all that being discipline is not as easy as it seems. Well, if it's already in your routine and if you'd been doing for like a year or so, then it's easy.

A lot of people said how much they love to sleep. I mean everybody love to sleep, nobody hate to sleep. But how many people of you are able to sleep on time and wake up on time. Let's just say that a lot of people love to sleep, but they simply sleep at the wrong time. How many of you reading this sleep before 12? Hopefully, I'll have your answers in the comment section below.

It takes a week to adjust a person's sleeping hour but it only takes a day to jeopardize it. It's hard man, it's hard. Anyways, I'm back to gym and I felt discouraged and demotivated while lifting, mainly laziness. I still know my aims and I still try to hit the gym as long as I can make it. Checked some of my progression photos and I say there's a lot of  changes before I started lifting, that simply motivated me as well. I'm still shy to upload photos of them but lets see how it goes. :)

Today is the celebration of my Grandma's birthday, she's hitting 95 this year if I'm not mistaken. Cheerios :)

  1. I totally feel your pain on the messed up sleeping habits. I took almost two weeks to adjust my sleeping habit, but one night I unintentionally stayed up too late, next morning had swimming training at the break of dawn. -.-

Hah! Reading this at about 8.50PM ;) great post. :D

  2. :D Yea.. Few days back, I stayed up for a chat with my bro and I woke up late and everything I worked for is gone. :(

  4. Hey kiv, thanks for the comment. 1.51 AM is somewhat ok. Some people are used to sleeping at 2 or 3. I tried to sleep at 1230 last night but I slept at around 1 last night. Hahaa..

  5. Ic, haha, well thats nice to hear.
On the other hand, we will step into working world one day, then everyday will start work at 8 or 9am, at least for office jobs, so how to cope with it? We can no longer sleep late, even if we can’t sleep when we lie on the bed. Hmm, scary @@

  6. Yea. Assignments take our life. :(

  8. don’t you think teenage and early adults are very much nocturnal creatures? i guess there’s something “cool” that we find, whether conscious or unconsciously, in sleeping late.
