Home Workout Update

So I skipped gym today. The reason is I was too fatigue with my sore muscles. I had to sleep but I still woke up for my diet plan. I woke up 10 minutes late this morning, I didn't hear the first alarm then I rung for the second time 10 minutes later. I woke up, I was so tired, I had no appetite at all. I fried 4 eggs and added some tuna and it didn't taste good at all. Man, it took me like 15 minutes to finish that plate of breakfast.

By the way, I did not shoot my meals today. It's almost the same as the first day. Just that I replaced sweet potatoes for white rice. Sweet potatoes taste a lil bit different and I must say I'm not so used to the taste. I'm okay with sweet potatoes soup but not the potato itself. I also added some baby carrots into my meal.

Anyway, I skipped gym but I manage to do some workout at home. There's not a lot for me to do as there's not many equipments, just some dumbbells and a easy bar with some plates. So I focused on push ups and some abs exercise.

Worked on some of my weaker parts for example my left shoulder and my right traps. Will elaborate on that next time but who's interested to know anyways?

Bought myself a new adidas cap. There's a few good reasons for this cap.

To be honest, I'm not really a Adidas fan. Most of my shoes are from Nike. I own a pair of shoes from Adidas only because it has a 70% off. I own some basketball jerseys from Adidas, only because it is cheaper than Nike's. Heck I would love to have Nike's but it's always more expensive. Meh.. But this cap is really good. It is cheaper and more comfy then the Nike's cap I'd tried on today.

A few reasons for me to buy this cap.

1. Gym - During workout, it prevents sweat from getting into my eyes and it is very distracting. Sure I can wear a headband or something to prevent the same thing from happening, but wearing a headband looks funny and a cap looks cooler.

2. Sunlight - It prevent my head from exposing to the sunlight, every time after I finish shower at gym. I find that sweat is all over my head because of the sunny weather in Kuching you get whole year long. By wearing a cap, I assume it gets better.

3. Fashion - You know I hate to set my hair when going out. Yea, sometimes I do have a messy hair when going out with friends and stuffs. So by wearing a hat, not only my head looks cool it covers the messy part of mine.

So that's it for today... I should be sleeping already. :)

Dieting

Recently, I have been looking into youtube videos and blog and I didn't spend my time on Facebook. Facebook is a little bit off without all those photos uploads and stuffs. It's kinda boring wishing people birthday and reading all the games post or "help me like this and that thing". Also the "taiwan-shirt-buy-from-me-ok?" Well I still miss and enjoy reading friend's status and comments but I guess I wanna' stay off for a while.

I encountered this guy "hanhchampion" from my bro via Jason Chen, the very popular singer in youtube. Jason got this video of him working out in the gym with Hanh and Frank. So I thought Jason already got a nice physique (I don't mean the kind like body builders but he's already looking good as a normal person).

Then I saw Frank and Hanh and they both looks amazing. Frank's youtube is ice1cube but is currently unavailable where as Hanh's hanhchampion. I browsed through Hanh's channel and saw a lot of nice videos over there. I think he got the best workouts video in youtube. He's funny and all in his videos. There's another video of him with his buddy Andrew Vu whose gonna' compete for a competition in 2 months time or something. He's freakin' awesome as well... Loved those series of videos.

I'm not gay btw...

So in Hanh's blog, there's a post about dieting. I read them all and I kinda' like it. Click HERE for the link of the diet blog post.

These are the quotes I found from him that are very inspiring, funny and motivational. So here I am, first day on the diet plan. I think it rocks and it's kinda exciting. I'm not sure how long I can hold on to but surely I don't wanna' give up and have to use the word "AGAIN."

So I woke up early in the morning, 6.30 AM to prepare my meal

Don't wanna' get too full, cause my second meal will be at 9 AM.

Fresh veggies is needed. I can't just eat chicken and rice..

Fried with a little bit of oil, and a little bit of salt. It is still tasteless and honestly, it didn't tasted good. Didn't wanna' steam it cause I think it'll suck harder..

My 2nd meal of the day at 9AM..

The rest of my meals at 11AM, 1PM, 4PM, 6PM are exactly the same as the picture above. Lastly, my dinner tasted a bit normal with my family.

I might gonna' stick to this diet plan for the rest of my life. So lets see how many kilos of weight I'm gonna' gain after a month. Desmond, Gaowu, Chihkang and Kaweoi - hope you guys are reading this. (I tagged you guys because I remember you guys are dying to gain some weight, this might help?) :)

Scivation XTEND

Yesterday I talked about buying a supplement, it's actually called a Xtend by Scivation. The flavour I bought is "refreshing apple." Actually I haven't tried this before but a lot of  people actually recommend me to drink this so I wouldn't get fatigue easily after working out. It also helps muscle recovery and decreases muscle pain. Sounds like some powerful drug to me, Woots.

This is the label from the back of from the side.

- Speed recover (hell yeah! that's the foot I need)

- Enhance ATP production and promote cell volumization (ATP? WTF? I suppose it's something canggih as well)

- Reduce muscle breakdown and cortisol levels (see that?! damn! so good!)

- Reduce fatigue and lactic acid levels for longer, more intense training (oh yeah! sounds amazing!)

- Support lean body mass along with immune and digestive health (GOOOD!)

- Promote vasodilation which can lead to better assimilation and absorption of protein (no more protein coming out from the ass!)

- Decrease soreness (means I can rest shorter and work out longer!)


See that?! The label itself makes it so powerful. Everybody wanna' buy it. The powder looks exactly like some baby powder but is a little apple-greenish in colour. The spoon/scoop provided in the container looks like those baby spoon/scoop as well. Looks kinda small with a really long handle.

The taste of the drink is not that bad, it's like some syrup apple drink but with all those imba effect. I haven't actually drink it that long to be able to share my opinion so I might tell you all after a month or so. Those who wanna work out and lose or increase weight might wanna' give it a try. I hope it really helps.
