Mid July
So it's the 15th of July, meaning half of the month is already gone. Spent my time wisely or not? I'll have to check for results after this month. I guess I'm doing pretty okay..

This is Laohuang.

And this is his buddy, Super.
One major difference between these two dogs is that Laohuang sleeps in the middle of the road, but Super sleeps under any cars. Both of them are cute in their own ways.

So I've started a whole new diet for about a week or so. I started last Thursday (thanks to my blog, I am able to track back when I first started) and I've been trying to be consistent. I woke up at around 6.30 AM last week but I wake up at 7.15AM + these days. I still couldn't sleep earlier than usual so I assume my body seriously needed that extra half an hour of sleep. It's hard to wake up early to prepare my meals and to eat at least 4 eggs in a row. I tried a lot of different ways to make my eggs, now I'm thinking maybe I should have 7 different kinds of soy sauce so I can have a different flavour every morning.
I am too lazy to snap photos early in the morning as my eyes could barely open and normally I fell back into my bed after I prepared my meals and ate my eggs. Anyways, my meals are almost the same everyday.

This is grilled honey and barbecue chicken. It tasted okay, but I'm not a big fan of sugar-like chicken. Taste weird, chicken are supposed to taste salty but not sweet like honey. I'm not sure when was this, I think it's on Tuesday.

This is stir-fried chicken in soy sauce. This is today's meals.
I had chicken in Brovil soup yesterday but I did not take any photo of it.

Another day, another meal..
This is normally how my meal looks like. Some rice for carbs and veges for fibre with my chicken breast meat.
By the way, I tried drumstick instead of breast meat on Monday and drums are no good. Expensive and fat, and each drums have a little bit of meat only. Boooo!
What about my expenses? Actually these meals are cheaper than my ex-daily expenses.
A kilo of boneless breast meat in Ta Kiong (thespring) or Boulevard is around RM13.50. Normally the portion for the day is around RM5 to 6. Some veges would cost like say RM 2 to 4. So it's like RM10+ for a day.
Before this, A normal meal in any kopitiam is around RM3 (without drinks), RM5 (with drinks). If I happen to hit some better restaurants (eg. Hong Kong Noodle House), cafe (eg. Cheese and Tea) or let's say McDonalds' then it would be around around RM8 to 10. So Maybe RM3+5+8 = RM16 already. (excluding breakfast and dinner some more)
It's just the expenses of 3 meals but I'm currently having 5 to 6 per day. (including breakfast and dinner)
